Bright kid, messy backpack? There's a system for that.

Executive function coaching helps students build the skills behind school success — organization, planning, time management, and follow-through. It's for the student who understands the material but loses the assignment, starts projects the night before, or studies hard and still forgets what was due.

What sessions look like

Weekly one-on-one coaching, 50 minutes per session, held in your home or virtually by Zoom. We work with your child's actual backpack, planner, and assignments — not worksheets about organization, the real thing.

Skills we build

  • Organizing backpack, binder, and materials
  • Tracking assignments and due dates with a system the student actually uses
  • Breaking long-term projects into steps with deadlines
  • Starting homework without the nightly battle
  • Estimating time and planning around it
  • Studying effectively for tests
  • Turning in completed work — on time

Who it's for

Middle and high school students who struggle with organization and follow-through, with or without an ADHD or learning diagnosis.

How it works

  1. We talk (free) — a 15-minute call to hear what's going on and make sure coaching is the right fit.
  2. Intake and first session — you complete a short intake form; the first session maps your child's current systems and sets goals.
  3. Weekly coaching — 50-minute sessions in your home or by Zoom, with brief parent updates on progress.

Cost

$150 per session.
